Bethany joined Graham Coffey & Co. Solicitors in 2017 and now has over 4 years’ experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Executive.

She is experienced in handling various Personal Injury claims including employers’ liability, public liability and road traffic accidents. Bethany is also regularly instructed on matters involving high-value vehicle damage and credit hire charges, and is comfortable with handling both pre-litigation and post-litigation matters.

Bethany is a confident and competent file handler who works hard to ensure her clients are adequately compensated and supported throughout the duration of the claim.

She enjoys a varied caseload and has a particular interest in data breach claims. Bethany is part of the specialised Data Breach team within Graham Coffey & Co. Solicitors, which aims to ensure relevant compensation is recovered where sensitive data has been shared with unentitled parties.

Alongside her full-time position at Graham Coffey & Co. Solicitors, Bethany has studied to complete an undergraduate degree in Law at The University of Law.
