New Claims Team Leader

Cara Joined Graham Coffey & Co Solicitors in August 2023 as the New Claims Team Leader.

She has quickly settled into the role and the Firm after completing a First Class Degree in Psychology at the University of Sheffield.

Cara regularly assists clients with new claims enquiries to ensure their claim is set up in a timely manner and allocated to the most appropriate file handler. Cara is often the first point of contact fora new client and provides support and advice about funding, early prospects of success and how the claims process will run.

She is also responsible for the other members of the New Claims Team and helps to manage supplier relationships. Her goal in managing the New Claims Team is simple – to ensure the initial claims process for the client is as smooth as possible.

Despite studying psychology at University, Cara has reset her goals and intends to complete the process to qualification as a Solicitor.
