Stephanie Johnson

Accounts Manager

Stephanie Johnson is the Accounts Manager and has been at Graham Coffey & Co. Solicitors since its inception in 2000.

She initially joined Graham Coffey & Co. Solicitors as an Administration Assistant, so she has background knowledge of how Personal Injury Claims run, which is useful when allocating and processing payments. Through hard work and determination, Stephanie worked her way up to become the Accounts Manager.

Stephanie routinely handles incoming cheques and electronic payments by ensuring they are allocated to the correct file and that the file handler is notified of the same. She is also responsible for reviewing the payments processed by the file handlers to ensure the right amount is paid to the right party.

In her role as Accounts Manager, Stephanie also has the responsibility of overseeing the other members of the Accounts team and is responsible for ensuring wages are paid to staff when due.
